Who are we looking for..

Recent university graduates
We typically look for those with degrees in Business, Accounting, Supply Chain, Data, IT or similar.
People looking to cross-train
If you have consultancy experience in another digital system, and you are looking to change, we'll give you the tools to learn.
Just started their journey
Those who have just begun their career in consultancy or have any relevant work experience and are ready to grow in a supportive environment.

When you apply to our Accelerator programme, each role is aligned to a specific business line. This means the job advert you apply for will clearly state the area you'll be working in from day one.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a suite of business applications that helps organisations manage and improve key parts of their operations:
Finance & Operations (F&O): Focuses on larger organisations, helping them manage finances, supply chains, and operations efficiently. You’ll work on systems that track money, resources, and processes across the business.
You’ll work on real projects from day one, learning how technology is used to solve real business challenges. This path is ideal if you enjoy problem-solving, understanding how organisations work, and applying digital solutions that make a difference.

Global Tech is the organisation responsible for providing the technology capabilities, platforms, standards, and engineering excellence that enable Digital Commerce to operate at scale across all markets.
Digital Commerce focuses on how businesses design, build, and run their online sales channels. You'll work on e-commerce platforms, integrations, and digital journeys that connect customers to products and services. This area is ideal if you're interested in technology, user behaviour, and how digital experiences influence buying decisions.

M3 supports organisations with complex manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain operations. You'll gain an understanding of how products are planned, produced, stored, and delivered, working on systems that keep these processes running smoothly. This path suits those who enjoy structure, process, and seeing how technology supports large-scale operations.

From the first 6 months of the programme to how you can thrive with us. Check out what they had to say here!
Programme Timeline
First 6 Months
An intense training programme, which will include:
- Classroom-style training, where you will need to attend your local office a few times a week. There will also be an opportunity for you to meet others from the programme.
- Self-learning elements, you will have access to our global internal learning academy as well as other software tools to help you grow.
- You'll be paired with a mentor and join project teams, giving you hands-on experience across different stages of a project lifecycle.
- Consultancy skills, you will be enrolled on to our in-house training program, which offers you communication and leadership skills training plus many more.
Year 1
- Upon successful completion of your initial 6-month training period, you will become an Associate Consultant.
- You'll continue to be supported by Senior Consultants and begin taking on small project tasks as you grow and develop.
- Within your first year, there will be a focus for you to study and complete any core certifications relevant to your area of specialisation.
