Dynamics 365
Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a suite of business applications that helps organisations manage and improve key parts of their operations. Each Accelerator role is tied to a specific area. This will be made clear on the job advert:
Customer Engagement (CE): This is all about customer relationships. You’ll help organisations manage sales, service, and marketing processes to ensure customers are supported and engaged.
Business Central (BC): Designed for smaller organisations, BC covers everything from finances to customer management. You’ll help businesses streamline their day-to-day operations and get more done with technology.
Finance & Operations (F&O): Focuses on larger organisations, helping them manage finances, supply chains, and operations efficiently. You’ll work on systems that track money, resources, and processes across the business.
In each area, you’ll work on real projects from day one, learning how technology is used to solve real business challenges. This path is ideal if you enjoy problem-solving, understanding how organisations work, and applying digital solutions that make a difference.
-
Digital Commerce
Digital Commerce focuses on how businesses design, build, and run their online sales channels. You'll work on e-commerce platforms, integrations, and digital journeys that connect customers to products and services. This area is ideal if you're interested in technology, user behaviour, and how digital experiences influence buying decisions.
-
Infor M3
M3 supports organisations with complex manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain operations. You'll gain an understanding of how products are planned, produced, stored, and delivered, working on systems that keep these processes running smoothly. This path suits those who enjoy structure, process, and seeing how technology supports large-scale operations.
-
Data & AI
Data & AI is centred on understanding information using it to solve business problems. You'll work with data models, reporting, and AI-driven tools to help organisations gain insights, spot trends, and make better decisions. This area is well suited to people who enjoy analysis, problem-solving, and working with data-driven technologies.

Training Timeline
First 6 Months
An intense training programme, which will include:
- Classroom-style training, where you will need to attend your local office a few times a week. There will also be an opportunity for you to visit one of our Nordic offices, where you will meet with others from the program.
- Self-learning elements, you will have access to our global internal learning academy as well as other software tools to help you grow.
- Consultancy skills, you will be enrolled on to our in-house training program, which offers you communication and leadership skills training plus many more.
Year 1
- Upon successful completion of your initial 6-month training period, you will become an Associate Consultant. In this capacity, you will actively contribute to project work by supporting our senior-level consultants.
- Within your first year, there will be a focus for you to study and complete the core Microsoft Exams.
Year 2
- By this point, you will become an expert within a certain area of the project you are working on, so you will be able to lead on that particular stream without too much mentoring.
- Focus on becoming an expert in a specialist area. What we mean by this is that you will start to see where your interests lie, for example, you may lean more towards Supply Chain rather than Finance.
- In your second year, you will have completed all your Microsoft exams and become accredited as a specialist within your chosen module.
Year 3
- By year 3, you should be able to lead a bigger stream on a project without the need for a mentor.
- You will now be an expert in your specialist area and be able to talk to customers confidently about their requirements.
- You will at this point meet with your line manager and discuss our competencies framework to move into a Business Consultant position.
